The recycled sponge « EcoShebka ».

Our idea is simple and based on one observation:

If we continue to consume as we do, we are going (if we are not already) to disaster!!!

So our way of consuming must imperatively change. However, how can you change without degrading your quality of life?

We believe that recycling is one of the solutions, which will play a big role in the sustainability of our species and our planet. We have a duty, whoever we are and wherever we are, to contribute in any way we can to making our lives less polluting.

So our solution is: :

– A sponge with a long lifespan so as not to have to buy new ones regularly but also so as not to throw away those that are worn out.

– A sponge made from a used fishing net. Indeed, we take the nylon fishing nets already used, so that they do not become waste themselves. Thanks to the new use of fishing nets as sponges we avoid that the nets drag on the bottom of the oceans and trap poor creatures. At the same time, we are reducing the use of disposable sponges significantly.
